David’s practice includes defending and prosecuting complex commercial and contractual claims, oil and gas exploration and service disputes, manufacturing defect and warranty liability, trucking and transportation claims, Creditor’s rights and collections, commercial real estate disputes, premises liability, personal injury and employment-related matters.
David’s oil and gas experience includes representing E&P and service companies in all aspects of energy-related litigation and dispute resolution, including disputes arising out of operating, drilling, exploration and master service agreements, field service claims, field failures, and manufacturer claims.
David’s practice also encompasses preparing and negotiating a broad array of corporate transactions, including, asset purchase and sale agreements, commercial real estate transactions, construction (EPC) agreements, procurement/supply chain agreements, and various types of oil and gas agreements, including operating agreements, master service agreements, consulting agreements, and licensing agreements.
