David S. Gold
David’s practice focuses exclusively on defending Employer/Carriers against workers’ compensation claims. He is ranked as AV® Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell’s peer review system, representing the highest level of professional recognition by his peers.
David is a Certified Litigation Management Professional (CLMP) and a Medicare Set Aside Consultant-Certified (MSCC). He is the Director of Education for the South Florida Chapter of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance and is a member of the National Alliance of Medicare Set-Aside Professionals (NAMSAP). He lectures frequently on matters regarding workers’ compensation and is accredited by the Florida Department of Insurance to provide CEU courses for adjusters. Most recently, David was appointed as a faculty member for the School of Workers’ Compensation at the prestigious Claims College.
David has extensive litigation experience, having represented clients in every workers’ compensation division in the state of Florida. His clients have included major national retailers, trucking and garbage companies, sports franchises, and local municipalities. David has defended his clients against cases running from simple medical disputes to more complex cases including occupational exposure or claims for permanent total disability.
