Dawn M. Rogers

Dawn concentrates her practice in the area of workers’ compensation defense litigation, representing employers and their workers’ compensation carriers/servicing agents throughout the state of Florida for more than 25 years. She handles all aspects of cases, including counseling and advising representatives of the employers prior to the commencement of litigation, advising the adjusters throughout the litigation process, investigating the workplace accident and medical history of the claim, completing the discovery process, preparing and deposing both expert and lay witnesses, motion practice, attending state and private mediations and defending the employer/carrier at the final hearing, as well as continuing representation through the appellate process. Dawn also has prior experience in guardianships, family law, and Social Security matters.

Dawn has been board certified in workers’ compensation by The Florida Bar since 1998. Board certification is The Florida Bar’s highest level of evaluation of the knowledge, proficiency and experience of attorneys in a particular area of law. She is also a Florida Supreme Court Circuit Civil Mediator.
