Elizabeth A. Alberico

Beth’s practice is concentrated in a broad range of civil and commercial litigation, including construction litigation, product liability, contract, toxic torts, and personal injury.  She has broad experience in a number of state and federal courts in all aspects of discovery, arbitrations, mediations, arguments, hearings, settlement negotiations and trials. Beth served as both national defense counsel and trial counsel for a client facing multiple product liability lawsuits pending in nearly every state in the United States.  In addition to overseeing the litigation in underlying cases, she assisted in developing defense strategies on a national level and coordinated the activities of numerous local trial counsels throughout the country to protect the client’s interest.  Beth also has experience in labor and employment litigation and counseling, professional liability (medical and dental), and civil rights.

While in law school, Beth was a member of the Moot Court team. She also clerked for the Cincinnati Insurance Company and was an extern for Rush University Medical Center’s Office of Legal Affairs.

Beth volunteers for the Edward J Lewis II Lawyers in the Classroom Program, which partners attorneys with elementary schools to help students understand the U.S. Constitution and the American legal system.

In 2012, Beth was listed as one of Illinois’ Super Lawyers Rising Stars. In 2015 and 2016, Beth was listed as an Emerging Lawyer by Law Bulletin Publishing Company's Leading Lawyers.
