Erika A. Streim

Erika’s practice focuses on defending Employers/Carriers against workers’ compensation claims.

While in law school, Erika served as an intern as well as a law clerk for the Florida Office of the Attorney General. While serving, she assisted in preparing an appellate brief that was selected to come before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit for oral arguments.

While attending St. Thomas Law, Erika participated in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program, preparing taxes for low-income families in the Miami community. She was also the recipient of the CALI Book Awards in recognition of receiving the highest scores in Contracts, Torts, Appellate Advocacy, Juvenile Law, and Evidence in addition to serving as a Research Assistant, examining matters related to the Florida Constitution.
