Jeannine S. Gilleran

For the past twenty years, Jeannine has successfully defended clients in a variety of employment, tort and civil rights cases in both Federal and State courts. Her extensive experience includes defending police officers who have been sued for civil rights violations; defending municipalities, hotels and restaurants in premises liability cases; defending trucking, ambulance, and limousine companies who have been sued for negligence; and representing doctors, nurses, Hospice facilities, methadone clinics and nursing homes in medical malpractice cases.

In addition to her significant jury trial experience, Jeannine has spoken to various organizations regarding defensive deposition tactics, police report writing, and Tort Immunity. Jeannine prides herself on her ability to effectively communicate with clients, formulate a case strategy, and handle a case from discovery through trial.

Jeannine is also active in community service organizations, having served as a volunteer for Holy Family Scholars, Common Threads, Meals on Wheels, and a wish granter for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Northern Illinois.
