John L. Pollock

John is a trial lawyer who specializes in complex commercial and civil litigation. He defends individuals and businesses in general liability, products liability, construction, and business litigation, including securities fraud/blue sky law cases. He also practices in the areas of executive, employers and professional liability defense.  His clients include attorneys, directors & officers, accountants, actuaries, real estate brokers and other professionals.  John’s practice also includes insurance coverage matters.  He represents insurance companies in bad faith, UM/UIM, environmental, pollution, advertising injury, life, errors and omissions, first-party property, bodily injury and property damage claims, including defending companies in direct action litigation.

John graduated summa cum laude from University of Arizona College of Law, where he served on the Arizona Law Review. He is former Assistant Public Defender for the Pima County (AZ) Public Defender’s Office and clerked for the Honorable Christopher Browning, Arizona Superior Court, Pima County.  He is the author of Missing "Persons": Expedited Removal, Fong Yue Ting, and the Fifth Amendment, 41 Ariz. L. Rev. 1109 (1999).
