Lupe E. Pena

Lupe's practice encompasses a variety insurance defense matters, including personal injury, premises liability, products liability and commercial construction disputes.

Before entering the legal field, Lupe worked in the financial industry in several institutions and held various relevant licenses. After finishing law school, Lupe worked as a plaintiff's attorney handling workers' compensation and personal injury matters.  During this time, he handled large caseloads with hundreds of mediations and administrative trials under his belt. This experience gives him unique insight now that he has transitioned into insurance defense work.

Lupe has been certified as a mediator by the Frank Evans Center for Conflict Resolution at South Texas College of Law.

Lupe was born and raised in Sugar Land, Texas and still resides there with his wife. He is conversant in Spanish.
