Nadia Del Toro

Nadia’s practice focuses on the defense of high exposure New York Labor Law and general liability cases for primary and excess insurance carriers.  She has extensive litigation experience in New York state courts, as well as in mediating complex cases involving multiple corporate parties.  Her experience includes defending government entities, general contractors and sub-contractors, as well as railroad companies in actions arising from major construction projects.   Nadia has been successful in obtaining outright dismissal of claims against her clients in complex cases involving contractual indemnification and coverage disputes. Her additional prior practice areas include administrative law, toxic torts, dental and medical malpractice, and professional liability.

Nadia is OSHA-certified by the U.S Department of Labor.  In 2014 she was included in the list of New York Metro Rising Stars published by Super Lawyers in the area of Construction Litigation. This designation is earned by only 2.5% of eligible lawyers in the state each year.
