Phillip G. Litchfield

Phillip's practice includes insurance defense as well as automobile liability defense, including commercial transportation, premises liability, products liability, employment, and toxic tort in Illinois and Indiana state and federal courts. Before joining Litchfield Cavo, he was an associate at a plaintiff’s personal injury and medical malpractice firm.

While in law school, Phillip was the supervising manager of the Self Help Web Center at the Daley Center in the Circuit Court of Cook County, where he helped pro se litigants navigate the legal system and prepare legal documents. He also sat on the board of the Immigration Law Society, where he organized student efforts to aid permanent residents in applying for U.S. citizenship. Phillip also volunteers with World Relief DuPage/Aurora.
