Richard H. Martin

Richard’s litigation practice currently focuses on representing corporations, partnerships, and entrepreneurs in a wide range of business disputes, including breach of contract, real estate, construction, breach of fiduciary duty (ERISA), non-compete clauses and restrictive covenants, intellectual property, and a wide variety of labor and employment matters. He has also litigated numerous claims arising from voluntary and involuntary bankruptcies, including asbestos trusts. In the past, Richard has participated in major mass tort litigation, complex bankruptcy litigation, and claims based upon breach of warranty, indemnification, and fraud arising from a variety of business disputes. In addition, he also counsels clients in his fields of expertise on matters including contract enforcement, dispute avoidance and resolution, corporate governance, and drafting issues.

Richard is a former Board Member of the Lawyers Club of Philadelphia and has served on the Advisory Board of the Civil War and Underground Railroad Museum of Philadelphia.
