Thomas A. Jacobson

Tom has extensive experience defending trucking, automobile and premises liability-related personal injury claims. He also has handled civil rights, insurance coverage and condominium cases.

In 2002, Tom served as a legal assistant at the American Bar Association Central European and Eurasian Law Initiative in Pristina, Kosovo where he worked with American and Kosovar attorneys on issues in developing the legal system in a post-conflict environment as well as administering a law student exchange program. While in law school, Tom conducted extensive research on terrorism-related legislation, municipal tort liability and the regulation of nuclear material.
