The Firm has trial and appellate experience in handling these claims. Two of the Firm’s more prominent recent representations are as follows:
  • Representation of a large manufacturer in a wood sealant exposure case in which Plaintiff was seeking a multimillion dollar recovery. Our attorneys were successful in obtaining a directed verdict on some of the counts directed against the manufacturer and a verdict in favor of the manufacturer on the remaining counts that were tried.
  • Our attorneys were successful in handling an appeal on behalf of a remediation firm sued in a toxic mold lawsuit. Specifically, a good faith settlement between two co-defendants and plaintiff was overturned in a published Appellate Court decision.
