Rauchell centers her practice in the areas of general liability and workers’ compensation in addition to employment and labor law. She also represents and advises insurance company clients on a broad range of matters such as commercial general liability, professional liability, insurance defense litigation and coverage claims. Rauchell has experience representing employers in employment-related litigation including wrongful termination, discrimination and harassment claims.
Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, Rauchell focused her practice on the management side of employment defense litigation, handling a broad range of issues including discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, harassment and breach of contract.
After earning her law degree from Western New England University School of Law, Rauchell served as a judicial law clerk for several judges of the Connecticut Superior Court. While attending law school, she interned at the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights & Opportunities. Rauchell also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Robert G. Fields at the Western Housing Court in Springfield, Massachusetts, and served as a student attorney at the Legal Services Clinic while a law student.
