Bronwyn has extensive civil litigation and arbitration experience with an emphasis in insurance defense and personal injury, construction and liens, and real estate matters. For more than 24 years, she has represented a wide range of clients in all aspects of litigation, from the initial filing to ultimate disposition in arbitration or at trial. Her clients include business owners, production and custom homebuilders and engineers, as well as cellular communication tower owners and operators, general contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.

Bronwyn’s transaction practice includes negotiating and drafting of commercial contracts, commercial and residential real estate purchase transaction documents, real estate leases, amendments and assignments, non-disturbance and attornment agreements, subordination and grants of easement. She also performs risk assessments and due diligence for portfolio acquisitions and title reviews.

Bronwyn also advises business owners as an outside counsel in areas of employment issues and general risk management.

Practices

  • Successfully represented a supplier of offshore containerized diesel generator in arbitration involving claims of defective equipment in excess of $400,000
  • Obtained a no liability verdict for foundation repair company in a jury trial involving claims in excess of $250,000 for defective workmanship and deceptive trade practices act violations
  • Obtained an arbitration award in excess of $4 million in favor of client in commercial development and restaurant lease dispute
  • Secured a jury verdict in favor of a homeowner arising out of seller’s failure to disclose termite damage in real estate transaction
