Kelly concentrates her legal practice on general liability matters, with significant experience defending claims brought under the New York Labor Law. She regularly represents property owners, general contractors and municipalities in a variety of personal injury and construction-related cases. Kelly manages all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, court appearances and trial preparation.
Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, Kelly worked in public interest law, where she represented children in family law and immigration proceedings. She also has experience advocating for individuals wrongfully accused in the criminal justice system.
