Bryan’s practice includes a variety of insurance defense and general litigation matters. He has experience handling claims related to contract disputes, as well as matters involving complex civil rights, property damage and bodily injury. Bryan’s law practice includes all phases of litigation, including pleadings, in-person and virtual depositions, investigations and negotiating settlements. He engages in alternative dispute resolution, drafting motions, appearing for in-person oral arguments, performing inquests and trial preparation. Additionally, Bryan has experience as first chair first chair for a bench trial in New Jersey.
Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, Bryan handled general litigation and defended insureds of a nationwide insurance company in New York City.
