Armando focuses his practice on business litigation, employment and labor law, general liability and construction liability. He has experience representing clients such as governmental entities, construction companies, and oilfield operators and contractors in a variety of legal matters ranging from litigation to risk management and contract negotiations.
Armando’s litigation experience includes jury trials and an extensive motions practice before Federal and State courts. He has defended Title VII, ADA and ADEA employment discrimination cases. He also has defended civil rights cases alleging Equal Protection and Due Process violations.
Armando strives to provide cost efficient solutions in a manner that is consistent with the clients’ needs and objectives.
