Chris counsels various owners, developers, architectural and engineering firms, and contractors in all aspects of construction law. This includes contract drafting and negotiation, risk allocation analysis and management, and the full breadth of litigation from initiating legal actions through trial or settlement.
Chris’ representative clients include an international blast engineering firm, a world-renowned architectural firm, a real estate investment developer and a regional high-end contractor. Chris has authored construction and real estate legal alerts for clients and presented ethics courses to engineers.
Before law school, Chris was a US Peace Corps volunteer in Ukraine for two years.
