Chris concentrates his legal practice on counseling owners, developers, contractors, and architectural and engineering firm professionals in all aspects of construction law. This includes drafting contracts, performing risk allocation analysis, advising on negotiations and management litigation. Chris handles the full breadth of the litigation process from initiating legal actions through trial or settlement.
Chris’ representative clients include an international blast engineering firm, a world-renowned architectural firm, a real estate investment developer and a regional high-end contractor, among other industry trades. In addition to litigation practice, Chris has authored law-related construction and real estate client alerts and presented ethics courses to engineers.
Prior to attending Pace University Law School, Chris was a US Peace Corps volunteer in Ukraine for two years.
