Connica’s reputation has been built by obtaining positive results on complex legal matters, throughout challenging litigation and during negotiation. She focuses her practice in business litigation, employment, labor law and appellate areas.
Connica began her career representing immigration clients before the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) during removal proceedings prior to starting her practice in commercial litigation, labor and employment. She has represented individuals, small businesses and Fortune 500 companies for employment and commercial litigation matters, and has successfully represented clients in court and in front of arbitrators.
Connica also worked several years for the City of Houston in the civic attorney’s office where she represented the City on a variety of civil rights litigation matters.
