David focuses his defense practice in the areas of construction liability, general liability and business litigation including high-profile construction cases and insurance coverage matters. His national and international clients include owners, developers, general contractors and subcontractors for disputes such as defects, inefficiencies and delays, cost overruns and default termination. David’s experience includes handling disputes related to the construction of college campuses and sports arenas, tunnels and airports, and multi-family residential projects. In addition, he has experience representing clients in major oil and gas matters.
David earned his bachelor’s degree From Brigham Young University in construction management and has experience in both the field and office. He has held a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP) certification since 2009. He is also a current Associate Constructor with the American Institute of Constructors.
