Dana concentrates her practice on all aspects of insurance coverage law. She represents insurers in first-party property matters, including matters involving commercial, homeowner’s, apartment and condominium properties. Dana regularly litigates property damage and business interruption coverage cases relating to hurricanes and COVID-19.
Dana also handles third-party coverage cases, including representing insurance companies in declaratory judgment actions and counseling insurers on coverage issues concerning various types of general liability matters.
Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, Dana was a staff attorney for the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
