Daniel is a civil litigator whose practice emphasizes premise liability defense of owners and managers of multifamily housing (apartment) complexes against negligent security, slip-and-fall, toxic tort and pest claims. As a part of his practice, Daniel drafts and reviews complex agreements and contracts including commercial leases, business purchase and sale contracts, LLC operating agreements, employment agreements (including non-compete, non-solicitation and confidentiality provisions) and other commercial contracts.
Daniel has litigated contract dispute cases and successfully enforced restrictive covenants in employment agreements and commercial leases. He has litigated property easement agreements and represented commercial landlords in cases to enforce leases and initiate dispossessory proceedings against tenants. In the past, Daniel represented medical facilities and other Georgia employers in workers’ compensation disputes and businesses in eminent domain litigation.
