Devine focuses her practice on general tort and employment litigation. She has experience with a wide variety of employment litigation matters including age discrimination, race discrimination and disability discrimination.
Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo, Devine’s practice concentrated on complex civil litigation and anti-fraud work, including Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), False Claims Act, healthcare, fraud and internal investigations.
Devine completed a clerkship with the Connecticut Superior Court. While attending Howard University School of Law, Devine served as a third-year teaching assistant. She also worked as a student clinician in the Howard University School of Law Child Welfare Clinic, providing representation to parents in family related legal matters. Devine served as a staff editor on the Howard Law Journal.
