Lilya focuses her practice in the areas of general liability, real estate and business litigation. Her experience includes counseling and defending clients in a range of industries for matters including premises liability, business and real estate disputes, and vehicle accidents. Lilya is well-versed in handling pre-trial discovery, taking and defending depositions, and representing clients in both state and federal court. She also has experience attending mediations and has served as second chair in a binding arbitration.
While earning her law degree at Whittier Law School, Lilya clerked with the Public Counsel Law Center where she served as a legal advocate for individuals battling chronic homelessness in the greater Los Angeles area. During her third year in law school, she served as the Editor in Chief of the Journal of Child and Family Advocacy, the school’s student-run annual publication focusing exclusively on child and family related legal issues.
