Ardi focuses his practice on litigation matters including those involving general liability, construction liability, and premises and auto liability. He has experience handling all aspects of the litigation process from pleadings and motions to discovery and depositions, as well as assisting with trial preparation. Ardi represents his clients in New York and New Jersey in both state and federal courts.
Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, Ardi was a litigation attorney in New York City, New York where he handled products, premises and construction liability matters. He also has experience defending broker-dealers in customer-initiated arbitrations concerning claims that arose under state and federal securities laws.
While attending Rutgers Law School, Ardi was a law clerk for a Fortune 500 insurance company and served as a judicial intern for Judge Susan D. Wigenton of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. He then served as a teaching associate for a legal writing course and was a torts law teaching fellow at Rutgers Law School. Additionally, Ardi was appointed a Governor’s Fellow by the Eagleton Institute of Politics in 2017. Prior to attending law school, he was a legal assistant at a premier international law firm in New York City that specializes in residential mortgage-backed securities litigation cases.
