Elizabeth has been with Litchfield Cavo LLP since 2013. She practices in a variety of areas including labor and employment, product liability, premises liability, personal injury, defamation and privacy law. Elizabeth also has substantial experience with the First Amendment and anti-SLAPP law.
Elizabeth has significant law and motion experience and recently obtained a favorable anti-SLAPP decision for her client, a public organization with a keen interest in protecting their constitutional right to speak about important public issues. The court found that the organization’s journalistic pursuits constituted activity protected by the First Amendment and ultimately dismissed the case as a strategic lawsuit against public participation.
During law school, Elizabeth served as an extern with the Child Protection Trials Unit of the Office of the County Counsel, Orange County.
