Jennifer focuses her practice in the areas of product, construction, premises, trucking and general liability. She has successfully defended product liability, wrongful death actions and catastrophic injury cases. Jennifer works extensively in risk management and loss prevention to address immediate threats, minimize exposure and to put clients in the best position to prevail at trial in claims alleging design and manufacturing defects, breach of warranty, deceptive trade practices and other conduct resulting in injury or death.
Jennifer has extensive experience defending clients active in interstate and intrastate trucking and transportation, including working in-house for a property and casualty insurer where she participated on that company’s rapid response team. Her defense work includes defending insurers, transportation companies, self-insured trucking companies, common carriers, contract carriers and owner-operators.
Jennifer has successfully defended lawsuits against general contractors and subcontractors in construction accidents, owners and operators of personal and commercial vehicles, and owners and managers of residential and commercial property.
