Inessa focuses her practice on toxic tort, premises liability and insurance defense. While attending the University of Illinois College of Law, Inessa provided pro bono legal services under a 711 license with the University of Illinois College of Law’s Elder Financial Justice Clinic. She represented elderly, financially disadvantaged and exploited clients in consumer fraud and breach of contract matters, which included successfully representing a client in a two-day civil trial.
After earning her degree from the University of Illinois College of Law, Inessa worked as a fellow under the University of Illinois College of Law with the City of Chicago’s Legal Investigations and Prosecutions Department. After her fellowship, she worked as a consultant counsel for McDonald’s Corporation. Inessa was also an extern for the Honorable Michael P. McCuskey in the US District Court for the Central District of Illinois and the Illinois Attorney General, East Central Regional Office in Urbana.
