Inessa focuses her practice on toxic tort, premises liability and insurance defense.
After law school, she worked as a University of Illinois College of Law Fellow with the City of Chicago’s Legal Investigations and Prosecutions Department. After her fellowship, she worked as a consultant counsel for McDonald’s Corporation. While in law school, Inessa provided pro bono legal services under a 711 license with the University of Illinois College of Law’s Elder Financial Justice Clinic. She represented elderly, financially disadvantaged and exploited clients in consumer fraud and breach of contract matters, which included successfully representing a client in a two-day civil trial.
Inessa was also an extern for the Honorable Michael P. McCuskey in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of Illinois, as well as the Illinois Attorney General, East Central Regional Office, in Urbana.
