Eric focuses his practice on successfully resolving claims involving toxic torts and products liability. Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo, LLP, Eric represented both individuals and businesses on a wide variety of cases, including claims related to property damage, construction, premises liability and personal injury.
While attending The University of Kansas School of Law, Eric was an articles editor for the Kansas Journal of Law and Public Policy. Eric also acted as a research assistant for a complex litigation professor and assisted with work on notice provisions for cy pres payments within class action settlements. In addition to his writing focused activities, Eric also honed his oral advocacy skills by competing on the school’s Mock Trial team.
