Zack focuses his legal practice in the areas of toxic tort, products liability, general liability and business litigation.
Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, Zack was an attorney in the St. Louis office for two large national law firms where he concentrated his practice on mass tort, products liability, environmental and pharmaceutical litigation matters. During this time, he handled actions involving asbestos, talc, silicosis, coal workers’ pneumoconiosis, poly-chlorinated biphenyls and benzene cases. Previously, Zack was an attorney at a litigation boutique firm in St. Louis where he focused his practice on business and commercial litigation.
Zack represented product manufacturers and premises owners in state and federal courts nationwide. He worked with clients at every stage of the litigation process, from the initial filing through appeal. In addition, Zack took and defended depositions, consulted with expert witnesses, drafted dispositive motions and appellate briefs, and worked with multiple electronic discovery platforms.
- Successfully argued for the denial of a motion to dismiss in a pro bono civil rights action in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois
