Kindu concentrates his practice in the areas of premises and construction liability, medical professional liability, governmental and automotive litigation. His representative clients include businesses and corporations, general and sub-contractors, local and state authorities, and individuals. Kindu has significant defense litigation and trial experience defending complex litigation, mediation and pre-litigation matters stemming from negligence, fraud, misrepresentation, nonperformance, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, toxic tort and civil rights claims.
Kindu also counsels and provides education and training to insurer clients, supervisors, managers and professional employees on topics such as litigation trends, mitigating risk and avoiding litigation.
After earning his degree from Hofstra University School of Law, Kindu clerked for the Honorable Susan H. Winfield and the Honorable John M. Mott of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.

- First- and second-chaired more than 50 jury and bench trials.
- Obtained dismissal of a Fortune 500 company in a toxic tort/product liability action involving more than 25 defendants in federal court.
- Successfully argued dozens of summary judgment motions, motion to open defaults and motions to dismiss for apartment complexes in premises liability litigation, product manufacturers in product liability litigation and trucking/taxicab companies in automotive litigation.
- Managed all aspects of litigation for national property management companies, building material, automobile and elevator manufacturers and insurance companies in construction, product and premises liability lawsuits in state and federal courts.
