Kindu concentrates his litigation practice in the areas of premises, product, and governmental liability, and automotive litigation. He has significant litigation and trial experience defending corporations, insurers, local and state authorities, banks, credit unions and individuals in complex litigation, mediation and pre-litigation matters stemming from negligence, catastrophic injury and wrongful death, toxic tort, civil rights and first-party insurance claims. In addition, Kindu advises clients on training and educating managers and employees on litigation trends, mitigating risk and avoiding litigation.
Kindu is a NFLPA/CFLPA contract advisor. His training includes agent regulations and player association legalities, contract negotiation, endorsements, sponsorships, ethics, collective bargaining agreements, draft preparation, marketing and recruiting. After completing law school, Kindu clerked for the Honorable Susan H. Winfield and the Honorable John M. Mott of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.

- Obtained dismissal of a Fortune 500 company in a toxic tort/product liability action involving more than 25 defendants in federal court.
- Successfully argued dozens of summary judgment motions, motion to open defaults, and motions to dismiss for apartment complexes in premises liability litigation, product manufacturers in product liability litigation and trucking/taxicab companies in automotive litigation.
- Managed all aspects of litigation for multiple national automobile manufacturers, elevator manufacturers and insurance companies in product liability and premises liability lawsuits in state and federal courts.
