Jesse concentrates his legal practice in the areas of workers’ compensation, employment and labor law, insurance coverage and general liability. He handles all phases of the litigation process including conducting claims investigations; researching, drafting and arguing motions; and handling depositions. Additionally, Jesse has experience interviewing clients and witnesses, retaining experts for trial and drafting briefs for appeal to administrative bodies. He represents insurers, employers and policyholders against civil matters in Connecticut state courts.
Jesse previously handled workers’ compensation claims for an array of clients such as hospitals, factories, delivery companies and municipalities. He also represented a variety of policyholders and companies in general liability cases for a myriad of industries including trucking companies, doctors’ offices, restaurants and adventure parks.
In addition to his legal experience, Jesse worked as a technician in a pathology lab and holds a bachelor’s degree in Genetics, Cell and Developmental Biology.
Jesse’s military service includes time in Germany and Iraq as a military intelligence professional. He was honorably discharged from the military following the conclusion of his military service in 2009.
