Cyndie concentrates her practice in the areas of New York Labor Law and general liability. She handles cases in New York state courts and utilizes a client-first approach. Cyndie has experience handling all phases of litigation including motion practice, court appearances, discovery and depositions.
Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, Cyndie handled basic legal matters, as well as complex litigation issues. She represented businesses and insurance companies in labor law claims, as well as premises liability and motor vehicle liability matters. Separately, Cyndie handled cases involving the Child Victims Act.
While earning her law degree at the Touro Univerisity Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, Cyndie was an editor of the university’s Journal of Race, Gender, and Ethnicity. She also was a member of the Trial Advocacy and Practice Society, and was vice president and student advocate for the Unemployment Action Center where she assisted individuals with unemployment legal issues including qualifications and payments.
