Lindsay has extensive experience representing clients in a wide range of litigation matters in state and federal courts throughout Florida. She began her practice litigating foreclosure cases for large national banks and servicers and has managed the litigation of hundreds of contested foreclosures, both residential and commercial.
Since then, Lindsay has defended both individual and class action claims alleging a wide variety of consumer protection laws including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), as well as claims alleging deceptive trade practices (FDUPTA) and invasion of privacy. She has defended large corporations in class action Fair Labor Standards Act cases and developed a robust commercial litigation practice including asserting and defending breach of contract cases, partnership/joint venture disputes, business torts, breach of fiduciary duty allegations and shareholder issues. She also has experience in collections and asset planning strategies.
While in law school, Lindsay served as a senior judicial intern to the Honorable David A. Demers (Ret.) of the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida.
