Lynne focuses her practice on defending employers and insurance carriers against workers’ compensation claims. Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, Lynne worked as a public defender at the Twentieth Judicial Circuit of Florida, affording her extensive litigation experience. During this time, she also researched and wrote three appellate briefs.
As a law student at Florida International University College of Law, Lynne earned FIU Law Moot Court team membership by competing in five rounds of oral arguments, with the final round argued before the Florida Supreme Court in Tallahassee. While in law school, she was a legal research assistant for a writing professor, interned at the Miami-Dade Public Defender Office, and worked as a law clerk for a private defense law firm focusing on federal criminal and civil cases.
