Lynne focuses her practice on defending employers and insurance carriers against workers’ compensation claims. Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, Lynne worked as a public defender at the Twentieth Judicial Circuit of Florida, affording her extensive litigation experience. During this time, she also researched and wrote three appellate briefs.
While earning her law degree at the International University College of Law, Lynne interned at the Miami-Dade Public Defenders Office and also worked as a law clerk for a private defense law firm focusing on federal criminal and civil cases. During that time she also worked as a legal research assistant for a writing professor. While a law student, Lynne earned FIU Law Moot Court team membership by competing in five rounds of oral arguments, with the final round argued before the Florida Supreme Court in Tallahassee.
