As a former practicing professional engineer, Mark brings his education and more than 30 years of legal experience assisting clients in complex construction and real estate disputes. Mark’s legal practice includes representing clients in product liability cases involving claims for catastrophic personal injuries. He has significant trial and arbitration experience representing manufacturers, developers, contractors, architects, engineers, homeowner associations, geologists and other design professionals. Mark is a member of Litchfield Cavo’s financial institutions class action team and represents institutional clients in lender liability, employment and real estate matters.
Prior to and while attending law school, Mark worked as a registered professional engineer for several major architectural and structural engineering firms in the Los Angeles area. During that time he was responsible for the design of commercial buildings and hospitals, aerospace and energy facilities, and transportation projects.
