Alan represents businesses and insurer’s clients in general insurance defense and premises liability cases. He also specializes in construction liability, insurance coverage and professional liability matters, as well as personal injury cases. Alan favorably resolves clients’ disputes practically and strategically while keeping their goals and objectives at the forefront.
Alan has experience defending medical malpractice cases and representing health care providers in a range of matters, as well as defending clients’ general liability matters. He has additional experience handling claims concerning licensing board reviews and actions, including civil rights cases in the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin.
While earning his law degree from Marquette University Law School, Alan clerked at a Milwaukee law firm where he worked with both the civil and corporate litigation teams. During this time, he conducted research, wrote briefs and memos, and attended mediations, depositions and hearings. Alan previously completed an internship at the Froedtert & Medical College of Wisconsin’s Office of Risk Management.
