Simon handles general liability and products liability matters. He applies critical thinking skills to legal research and provides quality representation to his clients.
While earning his law degree at Loyola University Chicago School of Law, Simon was an intern at Plaintiff’s firms in Chicago where he drafted motions, assisted with trial preparation and reviewed substantial document production. He also worked in the Community Law Center Veteran Practicum and represented clients utilizing his 711 license. During this time, Simon counseled and represented clients under the supervision of a licensed Illinois attorney. In addition, he prepared legal documents and motions to be filed in court, and appeared in trial courts, subject to specific limitations and qualifications of Rule 711.
