Moe’s practice includes all aspects of insurance-related law including general liability, auto liability, insurance coverage, and bad faith. He specializes in third party insurance coverage and has served as national counsel for a commercial general liability carrier. He also has experience in litigating commercial disputes involving real estate contracts including claims for specific performance and equitable subrogation.
Moe regularly counsels insurance carriers regarding their coverage obligations throughout the country and drafts reservations of rights and disclaimers for several national insurance companies. During his career, Moe has represented insurance carriers at more than 50 global settlement conferences involving multiple claimants and insufficient insurance limits.
