Neil J. Harrington, III

Neil has more than 36 years of litigation and trial experience, primarily in the defense of nationwide insurance companies and nationally known corporations in both Illinois and Indiana state and federal courts. He concentrates his defense practice on personal injury matters involving product liability, general negligence, premises liability, automobile accidents, construction and work site accidents and prescription error. Neil has also handled matters involving employment discrimination and civil rights violations.

Neil has litigated more than 40 cases in the Cook County arbitration system to verdict, receiving “not guilty” awards in more than 80 percent of those matters on behalf of his defense clients. Before joining the Litchfield Cavo LLP Indiana office, Neil opened and managed two satellite offices in Highland, Indiana for Chicago-based defense firms.
