Timothy is an experienced litigator and handles cases in the areas of commercial litigation, debtor/creditor litigation, post-judgment proceedings, fraudulent transfer cases and injunctive relief actions. He counsels financial institutions, businesses and high-net-worth individuals on a variety of matters including general litigation and creditor’s rights. Timothy has experience representing clients in major transactional matters such as large commercial real estate deals, workouts and shareholder disputes. He provides his clients comprehensive and innovative solutions to meet their needs with favorable results in judicial proceedings including trials, dispositive motions and additional matters in which emergency relief is sought.
