Daniel A. Passer

Daniel concentrates his practice on insurance defense matters and general civil litigation. He has experience working as part of a team handling high-profile abuse cases, including nationally recognized, historic class actions. Daniel also has significant defense experience comprising motor vehicle liability, premises liability and no-fault defense.

While earning his law degree at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Daniel co-founded the school’s Cardozo Interactive Entertainment Law Society, a Student Bar Association-funded club dedicated to addressing a wide variety of legal issues in the interactive entertainment industry.
