Daniel concentrates his practice in the areas of insurance coverage and construction liability, particularly on claims arising under New York State Labor Laws. He handles all aspects of cases from inception to motions and discovery, in addition to assisting Firm partners with trial preparation and appeals.
Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, Daniel was a litigation associate at a mid-sized firm in New York City. During this time, he represented insurance company clients and their insured property owners, commercial business owners, commercial tenants, general contractors and subcontractors. Daniel handled all phases of trademark prosecution, as well as other related intellectual property matters.
Daniel earned a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property Law at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City. Previously, he earned his Juris Doctorate at Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center where he was a member of the Touro Law Review.
