Rachel has extensive experience representing clients in toxic tort, general liability and employment matters. Throughout her legal career, she has been preparing pleadings, motions and supporting briefs. Rachel has experience in conducting complex legal research, participating in depositions and preparing offensive and defensive discovery. When Rachel is working on a client file she prepares client reports and liability analysis.
Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, Rachel worked for a Pittsburgh-based law firm where she focused her practice on counseling a number of energy, oil, gas and mineral-related clients on transaction matters, including title examination, oil and gas title opinions, curative matters and due diligence. Previous experience also includes having worked in-house for an energy company where she focused on title and curative matters. Rachel has additional experience working for a regional Pittsburgh law firm focusing on employment, general liability and products liability matters.
