Izabella concentrates her practice in the area of insurance coverage. She has experience as a law clerk for a Chicago-based family law practice where she developed her skills by drafting multiple types of pleadings for cases that were in different stages of litigation, communicating with clients and preparing for trial.
While earning her law degree at Loyola University Chicago School of Law, Izabella, under the advisement of attorneys, counseled a client in a mediation involving a wrongful termination case. During this time, she researched the legal implications of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as well as Illinois case law regarding discriminatory employment termination on the basis of age.
