Damon A. Stemen

Damon has significant experience handling insurance defense matters and other civil litigation cases in Nevada in the areas of insurance coverage, construction liability and general liability. He has represented clients including construction companies, developers, subcontractors and homeowners, and has handled numerous complex construction defect cases.

Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, Damon focused his practice on civil litigation matters with an emphasis on dispute resolution through mediation. He gained experience in landlord-tenant law, including eviction actions, as well as oral advocacy. Damon has additional experience representing a national insurance company in construction defect coverage actions. Throughout his career, Damon has negotiated many case settlements in favor of his clients.
