Ed concentrates his practice on all aspects of insurance coverage and related defense matters. He has successfully litigated disputes for insurance carriers, including a wide range of complex, multi-state insurance coverage litigation.
Ed has handled matters involving extra-contractual exposure, environmental and toxic-tort liabilities, construction and healthcare. He provides detailed coverage analysis and strategic counsel on first- and third-party general liability, primary and excess policies, and other high-exposure matters. Ed has represented clients in warranty disputes, consumer class actions, concussion litigation, lead-paint public nuisance claims and contribution, and subrogation recovery actions.
