Terry focuses his practice on complex and serious loss litigation. Terry has tried many cases to a verdict on a wide range of subject areas including oilfield and petrochemical liability, architecture and engineering litigation, as well as civil litigation including construction defect, product liability, insurance coverage, professional liability and personal injury.
Terry is board-certified in civil trial law and personal injury trial law by Texas Board of Legal Specializations. He is also certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy as a civil trial advocate.
Terry began his career at a boutique litigation law firm engaged in the representation of clients in multiple areas of civil litigation throughout Texas.
- Obtained a defense jury verdict in an electrical injury case in Travis County, Texas wherein the Plaintiff sought $2 million and refused a pre-trial offer of $325,000; the jury awarded $122,500 to the Plaintiff
