Ruth practices primarily in the areas of commercial and business litigation with an emphasis on insurance defense and business representation. Her practice focuses on defending cases involving product and premises liability, community associations, employment and labor, toxic tort, consumer claims in the automotive industry, and property damage claims. Ruth’s products liability practice includes defending manufacturers of industrial equipment and all types of consumer products, including products containing asbestos.
